Anne S Lapour

Anne Lapour directs career development initiatives across the university, including Willamette College, PNCA, Atkinson Graduate School of Management, and the School of Computing and Information Sciences.

Anne Lapour began her work at Willamette in 2017, where she has worked in Career Development as an advisor, instructor, and administrator. Anne earned her BA and PhD from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she focused on career and vocational psychology. Her academic interests focus on personal identity and values that influence the development of career goals and aspirations. Anne is a believer in the nonlinear (and always fascinating) directions a career can take, and loves working for Willamette, where interdisciplinary opportunities can fuel rewarding careers.
