Claire Martin

Claire Martin is the Director of Employer Engagement at Willamette University. She oversees employer engagement across 4 colleges, including, Willamette College, Atkinson Graduate School of Management, School of Computing and Information Sciences and Pacific Northwest College of Arts. She works primarily with external employers and organizations to bring various opportunities to students, such as internships, projects, and full/part time jobs. 

Claire received her B.A. in Political Science, Philosophy and Business Administration at the University of Oregon, where she also began her career in human resources. For over 10 years, Claire recruited for and managed early career/university programs in the tech industry, for companies such as New Relic and Amazon. 

When not at work, Claire enjoys spending time with her pets, family and friends. A few of her hobbies include makeup, interior design/renovation, and playing basketball.
