Bio

Christopher Susen is a seasoned strategist and operations leader with a career spanning over two decades, marked by transformative roles in companies both large and small. With an MBA from Willamette University Atkinson School of Management and a BA in History from Hamline University, Chris has consistently demonstrated a unique ability to drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams to success.

Currently serving as a consultant in Strategic Planning and Business Operations for McIlhenny Co, Christopher is instrumental in establishing core business processes that align with the long-term corporate strategy - which he has also had a hand in helping them build. His work includes revamping strategic planning processes and updating innovation models, ensuring the company can adapt and thrive in a highly dynamic business environment.

Prior to striking out on his own, Christopher held numerous leadership positions at quip, Google, Nike, and LucasArts across Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Product Creation and HR. The red thread during his time with those companies was a track record of identifying and implementing value-added business changes - both individually and as part of a larger team.

When not battling the stifling humidity in Louisiana or lecturing at Willamette University (his passion), you can find Chris chasing his two daughters (Clare and Coco) from activity to activity or helping his partner continue to build/refine her Brand Design business.
