David Hohn is an illustrator, visual storyteller and educator. David’s appealing and humorous work has been recognized by the children’s publishing industry for more than twenty years.

David’s work has been recognized and awarded by Communication Arts, Society of Illustrators NY, Society of Illustrators LA, 3x3, Creative Quarterly, The Original Art Show, and The Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators.

An illustrator of more than 30 books for children and young adults, David has worked with Scholastic Publishing, Viking Publishing, Random House Publishing, Bloomsbury Publishing, Waterbrook Press, Sasquatch Books, Charlesbridge Publishing, Carus Publishing, Astra Publishing, Sleeping Bear Press, Nike, Fisher-Price, and Disney.

A longtime Oregon resident, David grew up in California and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Maryland Institute College of At in Baltimore. He received his MFA in illustration from the University of Hartford in in Connecticut.
