Bio

Geoff helps CEOs and their executive teams improve their strategic and business focus.

His specialty areas include strategic business planning, leadership coaching, managing change initiatives, teaching organizations and teams how to be more effective, and business process improvements that are essential to organizational success.

Geoff has been a management consultant since 1995, having consulted with numerous private sector, government, and nonprofit clients. Prior to founding Lumen Leaders LLC in 2012, Geoff established and was the partner in charge of the management consulting group at a CPA and business consulting firm.

Geoff has an MBA from Willamette University and a Bachelor of Science degree from San Jose State University. Geoff is an  Executive Professor at Willamette University’s Atkinson Graduate School of Management and has taught courses in organizational design, management and change; management consulting; nonprofit management; and government.  Geoff serves on the Board of Directors of Medical Teams International, a nonprofit organization that provides life-saving medical care for people in crisis around the world.
