Jules A Smith

Jules Smith serves as the Assistant Director of Admission for the College of Arts & Sciences. In this role, Jules manages undergraduate recruitment efforts throughout Arizona, Utah, and portions of Southern California, including San Diego County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. She works closely with prospective students and families throughout the admission process, reviews applications from her recruitment territories, and leads the university’s competitive scholarship programs and selection processes.

Jules received a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. Prior to joining Willamette University, she served as an Admissions Counselor at A.T. Still University, where she worked with applicants to graduate health professions programs. Jules is a member of the Pacific Northwest Association for College Admission Counseling (PNACAC) and is committed to helping students find a college experience that supports their academic, personal, and professional goals.
