Kelly Rose Lavery

Kelly Rose Lavery is the HRIS Manager in the Human Resources department. She has held a variety of positions at Willamette, both as a student and on the HR staff.

Kelly Rose enjoys helping employees and managers navigate the Workday HRIS and manages nearly everything relating to Workday -- configuration, security, reporting, data changes, etc.

Kelly Rose graduated from Willamette with a BA in Anthropology. Prior to working in HR, Kelly Rose was a student employee at the Hatfield Library. She joined the HR staff in 2015 and has worked in a variety of roles since. She was an integral part of the Workday implementation in 2017 and enjoys researching complex solutions and collaborating with colleagues to find efficiencies.
