Bio

Lexie Zirschky (she/her) serves as Senior Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Administration at Willamette Law, where she leads efforts to support the law school’s student experience with a focus on belonging and student success. Her work spans academic advising, student life, wellness initiatives, ABA compliance, and institutional planning. She oversees professional and student staff, including the student services, instructional support, and clinical support teams, and plays a central role in major campus events such as orientation and commencement. Lexie also serves as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator, working closely with students to support equitable processes and access to resources. She brings significant experience in student affairs leadership, including developing equity and academic support programs, directing public interest initiatives, and leading comprehensive efforts to enhance student engagement inside and outside the classroom.

An active contributor to the broader legal education community, Lexie serves in several professional organizations and committees, including the National Association for Law Student Affairs Professionals (NALSAP), the Oregon State Bar’s Advisory Committee on Diversity and Inclusion, and the Oregon Bench and Bar Commission on Professionalism, among other professional service roles.

Lexie holds a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School and a BA from Wake Forest University. She is passionate about helping law students discover their purpose, cultivate a strong sense of professional identity, and build meaningful, values-driven legal careers.

An East Coast transplant, Lexie enjoys gardening in Oregon’s beautiful climate and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her family.
