Bio
Lee is a 28-year healthcare industry veteran, specializing in leading enterprise efforts to leverage data as an enterprise asset to drive better care and lower cost in healthcare.
Lee has extensive experience in all aspects of healthcare data, analytics, and technology including developing strategies, infrastructure, teams, governance, and services to deliver on the promises associated with data in healthcare. Currently, Lee is a Healthcare Chief Data Officer & Technology Strategist for CDW.
Before working for CDW, Lee was the Chief Data Officer (CDO) for Intermountain Healthcare, a nationally recognized integrated healthcare delivery system based in Salt Lake City, Utah. As the CDO, Lee was responsible for all aspects of data and analytics, including the data platform team, data governance office, analytics development, and data science. Lee has also contributed to the industry by providing guidance to other healthcare organizations on data and analytics.
Lee is a founding member and former chairman of the Healthcare Data and Analytics Association (HDAA), a national non-profit organization with 300+ member healthcare organizations and over 2,000 individual data and analytics professionals.
Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University and a Master of Information Systems Management from Utah State University.
