Leah Straley

Leah Straley is the inaugural Dean of Graduate Admissions at Willamette University, where she leads recruitment and enrollment strategy across the university’s graduate programs. With nearly a decade of progressive admissions leadership at Willamette, she brings deep institutional knowledge and a proven track record of building effective, student-centered recruitment teams.

Before her current role, Leah served as Assistant Dean of Admissions and Associate Director of Admissions at Willamette University College of Law. She previously held admissions and outreach roles at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and began her career in advocacy as a Patient Advocate for Jewish Family Service of San Diego.

Leah holds a J.D. from Albany Law School, an M.B.A. from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a B.A. in English from Smith College.
