Maddy graduated from Willamette in 2022 with a Bachelors in Psychology and minors in Philosophy and Religious Studies - she loved blending disciplines together and took advantage of the liberal arts education provided by Willamette. As a student, she worked for the Theater Department, was elected president of Pi Beta Phi, served on the board of the Jewish Student Union, and interned at the Undergraduate Office of Admission. Through these experiences, she became interested in increasing the accessibility of Higher Education.

After graduating, she spent a year as an Admission Counselor at McDaniel College in Westminster, MD, and proudly supported students from Baltimore County Public Schools, but she missed the Willamette community too much to be so far away!

She returned to Willamette as the Associate Director of Direct Marketing for the Annual Fund, where she appreciates being able to leverage her data skills and creativity. After experiencing the difficult conversations surrounding financial aid with prospective students, she loves that the work she does directly impacts student scholarships and allows more students to have the Willamette experience she enjoyed so much.

Outside of working on spreadsheets and emails, she enjoys watching movies with her cats Shawn and Gus and exploring Salem's beautiful parks or playing in the Mill Stream with her dog Hallie.
