Bio

Professor Nikki Hatza (she/her) is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law teaching Contracts I, Labor and Employment, and Civil Rights Litigation.  She joins the law school after completing two judicial clerkships on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to clerking, she worked as a litigation associate at Ballard Spahr LLP where her practice included white collar investigations, education law matters, government affairs and public policy advising, and DEI counseling. She also served as an adjunct professor for Temple Law School's Law and Public Policy program.

Professor Hatza brings a decade of teaching experience to this role. Before law school, she worked as an educator in a wide variety of settings, including as a high school teacher on the Navajo Nation with Teach for America and as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Spain.
