Patrick Wilson

Patrick Wilson serves as the Director of Admissions Marketing & Events for Willamette College. In his role, Patrick provides oversight over the daily visit program, student ambassadors and campus events for prospective and admitted students. He also works with the Office of Marketing to produce recruitment materials and implement communication for prospective students.

Patrick received a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon, and after a brief stint selling hot dogs in Washington, D.C. returned to Oregon to begin his career in admission. Prior to joining Willamette University in July 2022, Patrick worked for 15 years at another nearby college. He is a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), the Pacific Northwest Association for College Admission Counseling (PNACAC), which he served as President from 2020-2021, and the Collegiate Information & Visitor Services Association (CIVSA). In 2023, Patrick was recognized with the PNACAC Alice Tanaka Exemplary Service Award.
