Fostering Inclusivity and Accessibility for All Students
PNCA is committed to accessible and inclusive programs. Accessible Education Services (AES) provides holistic support for students that experience disability or identify as disabled. We honor disability as an important aspect of human diversity and seek to foster social justice in all we do.
We apply a holistic approach to ensure that PNCA students have access to all aspects of the PNCA experience. AES determines eligibility for academic and non-academic accommodations for students with disability experiences. AES also serves as a resource on accessibility for all students, faculty, and staff at PNCA.
If you need any support with Accommodations or AES services, please contact the main AES office in Salem at:
Phone: (503) 370-6737
Email: accessible-info@willamette.edu
For general questions or help submitting Accommodations requests, please reach out to pnca-accessible-info@willamette.edu or stop by our table in the historic hallway, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during the lunch hour.
If you think you may experience barriers to your learning or engagement in student life at PNCA, complete our online application and schedule an appointment. We will discuss whether academic, housing, or other accommodations are right for you. Unsure if you would qualify for AES services? Connect with AES. You can stop by the office, email, call, or make an appointment with me through the online scheduling app.
Complete the online application
PNCA students who are already registered with AES will be able to request their accommodations online every semester through our accessible information management system.
Stay tuned for AES workshops on a variety of topics such as Universal Design for Learning (UDL), technology for reading, and note taking, Neurodivergent burnout, executive functioning, and perfectionism!
