Fostering Inclusivity and Accessibility for All Students

PNCA is committed to accessible and inclusive programs. Accessible Education Services (AES) provides holistic support for students that experience disability or identify as disabled. We honor disability as an important aspect of human diversity and seek to foster social justice in all we do.

We apply a holistic approach to ensure that PNCA students have access to all aspects of the PNCA experience. AES determines eligibility for academic and non-academic accommodations for students with disability experiences. AES also serves as a resource on accessibility for all students, faculty, and staff at PNCA.

Getting started with AES and using services

  1. Fill out an online application for services. You can also upload any supporting documentation you may have at this time.
  2. Schedule an initial interview with AES staff. Any supporting documentation, if needed, can be discussed during the initial interview.
  3. Use the AES accessible information management system to request your accommodations for each course every semester. AES will send a faculty notification email. Be sure to follow up with faculty after submitting your requests!
