Strategic Planning Phase 3

Mapping Our Future

March – May 2022

Building upon the community feedback and the Strategic Goals established during Phase II, this third phase will assemble intra-university Strategic Planning Working Groups to begin developing specific objectives, tactics, and measurable outcomes around each of the Strategic Goals that will inform Strategic Plan implementation.

As part of their work, Working Groups will engage campus and community partners in targeted focus groups, feedback sessions, and ongoing updates to inform the status of their work.
