Dramatic Vocal Arts
The Dramatic Vocal Arts program offers students of any major a rich experience in fully-staged opera performance and production, along with an in-depth integration of singing, stage movement, and character development.
Pacific Rim Symphony Orchestra
Comprised of our top string, wind and percussion players, the PRSO presents at least one full concert and several other performances each semester.
Percussion Ensemble
Composed of Willamette’s top percussion players, the Percussion Ensemble performs contemporary literature in collaboration with other campus groups.
Waller String Quartet and Other Chamber Ensembles
Comprised of four of our top string performers, the Waller String Quartet performs frequently both on and off campus. Other ensembles are created each semester depending on student availability.
Voce
An all-treble chorus consisting of singers from across the campus and community, Voce traditionally performs several concerts both on campus and in the community.
Vox
Vox provides a space for tenor, baritone, and bass singers to grow, connect and sing exceptional choral music in a wide variety of styles and languages. Willamette Jazz Collective
A large ensemble of 18 to 20 musicians performing the finest literature from the jazz and improvisational music canon with a particular emphasis on the music of today.
Willamette Singers
Joining 8-12 solo voices with piano, bass and drums, Willamette Singers concentrates on vocal jazz and shares performance dates with the Jazz Ensemble for several popular annual events.
