All fields with an asterisk are required, for example:

- Employer Name
- Employer Address (typically the headquarters address)
- Your Job Title
- Phone Number (can be your direct line or general office number)
-
Selecting the checkbox to share your email address with candidates will allow students and alumni to see your work email address. If you choose not to share your work email address, don’t select the box.
-
Yes, 12Twenty offers step by step instructions and tutorials to create a new account.
-
Using Willamette University’s specific link to create an account allows you to engage with the University for free. To post on additional university platforms will require you to create and pay for an employer account.
-
After logging in through our Willamette University link, you will see a few widgets, one titled “Post A Job.” Clicking the blue button “+Post” will open a blank job listing, where you will need to fill in all the fields with an asterisk. There is also a Job Description Template linked at the top of the page for you to use as a guide to complete the “Job Description” field. For step by step instructions, follow this guide from 12Twenty.
-
After you submit a job, our team will review it for approval. Once it is approved, students can begin applying, submitting application materials you requested in the post. As students apply, you will have access to their applications. You can review each applicant individually in 12Twenty, or choose to download all the application materials into a packet that can be easily shared with additional interviewers or team members. To ensure an equitable process, we recommend not scheduling interviews until after the application deadline has passed. For step by step instructions, follow this guide from 12Twenty.
