Career Database Transition Information

Over the course of the summer, Career Development will be migrating away from Handshake and transitioning to a new platform. The new site/platform, called “CareerConnector,” powered by 12Twenty, will have the same functionality as Handshake with additional capabilities that will create a more streamlined and positive experience.

Our team has been using this new platform for over a year to collect outcomes data and track internships for academic credit. It’s user-friendly and we’re here to help you make this transition as seamless as possible!

Access to CareerConnector begins: July 1, 2026
Final day to access Handshake: June 20, 2026

This is the site we will use for:

• Posting Campus Jobs (faculty and staff)
• Posting jobs and internships (external employers)
• Searching for jobs and internships (students)
• Posting and registering for career-related events
• Booking Career Advising appointments
• Tracking and logging student outcome data
• Internships for Academic Credit: signing up, and logging hours
