Information about the Mail Center's available services, hours of operation, mailing deadlines, and mailing restrictions.
Services
Services available through the Mail Center include:
- Receipt and distribution of all incoming mail/packages
- U.S. Post Office stamp purchase, postage meter services, special services (express, certified, and insured) both international and US package shipment
- Our shipping vendors (UPS and Federal Express) are available with discounted prices

(US Post Office mail and packages are notdelivered to the Mail Center over the weekend. They will be picked up and processed on the following business day.)
(Saturday package pickup is only available when normal classes are scheduled. During the summer, the Mail Center closes at 4:00pm, and there are no services offered on Saturday.)
Daily mail and shipping deadlines
- Outgoing US Post Office mail leaves campus Monday through Friday at 2:45 p.m. promptly. All mail must be at the Mail Center by 1:30 p.m. for processing.
- UPS (United Parcel Services) has a 1:30 p.m. deadline
- FedEx (Federal Express) has a 12:00 p.m. deadline
- USPS Next Day Express Mail has a 12:00 p.m. deadline.
