Willamette University’s Career Management team connects employers with motivated students ready to achieve their goals. Partnering with organizations of all sizes across the public, private, and non-profit sectors, we take a collaborative approach to understand your unique business needs. Whether you are looking to build a talent pipeline, design impactful internships, or host curated recruiting events, we provide personalized, hands-on support to connect you with exceptional candidates and build a lasting partnership.

Connecting Employers and Students

Through a variety of flexible programs, we help you search for the right candidate for each job. We know each student personally and can help you discover who is right for your organization. Our services include:

• Treks: An opportunity to host our students on site for an in-person peek at your organization, accompanied by an information session.
• Information Session: Willamette will host your representative on our Salem or Portland campuses or virtually. We can host a session for you to highlight your organization and share key information with our students. Followed by a Q&A.
• Job Shadow: Representatives may host students for a “day in the life” to allow an inside look at individual roles.
• Class Projects: If you have a project that would benefit from a fresh perspective, consider bringing it into the classroom. We can help connect you with faculty looking for hands-on, real-world projects that align with their curriculum and give students practical experience.
• Student Presentations: Interested in seeing what our students have accomplished? Set up a chance to hear directly from our students as they showcase their skills, coursework, and experiences.
• Panel Discussion: Share your experience on an industry panel to help students explore potential career paths. We also offer opportunities to speak with a class during their scheduled time.
• Recruit: Hiring? Provide internship, part-time, or full-time roles to our students. From entrepreneurship to project management and beyond, our students can help you achieve your goals.

Meet a Diverse Group of Students

The Atkinson Graduate School of Management brings together students of diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We support their varied academic pathways through four distinct programs: our traditional full-time MBA, an accelerated one-year MBA, a flexible part time evening MBA for professionals, and a Master’s in Accounting and Finance.
