Student Club and Organization Orientation
All student clubs and organizations must send a current president, co-president, or treasurer to an orientation before the group can be eligible to apply for ASWU funds. This is an annual requirement for all clubs and organizations.
Spring 2026 Student Club and Organization Orientation Dates and Locations
- January 13th at 5p.m., Renjen Career Center Conference Room, (1st floor University Center)
- January 29th at 12 p.m., Alumni Lounge, (3rd floor University Center)
- March 12th at 12 p.m., Alumni Lounge, (3rd floor University Center)

Advisor Orientation
All club and organization advisors are encouraged to attend advisor training during the academic year.
- Wednesday, July 30 at 10 a.m., Autzen Conference Room (3rd floor University Center)
- Monday, September 22 at 2 p.m., Parents Conference Room (3rd floor University Center)
- Thursday, October 16 at noon, Harrison Conference Room (3rd floor University Center)
- Thursday, January 8 at 10 a.m., Harrison Conference Room (3rd floor, University Center)
