Student Club and Organization Orientation

All student clubs and organizations must send a current president or co-presidents, and treasurer to an orientation before the group can be eligible to apply for ASWU funds. This is an annual requirement for all clubs and organizations.

Fall 2026 Student Club and Organization Orientation Dates and Locations

  • August 27th at 12 p.m., Alumni Lounge (3rd floor, University Center)
  • September 12th Time TBD, Cat Cavern, (2nd floor, University Center), part of Take The Lead conference
  • October 6th at 5 p.m., Ford 102 (1st floor, Ford Hall)
  • November 19th at 12 p.m., Autzen Conference Room, (3rd floor University Center)

Advisor Orientation

All club and organization advisors are encouraged to attend advisor training during the academic year.

  • Monday, August 3, 1-2pm, Prothero Classroom (Sparks Center)
  • Wednesday, September 16, 10am-11am, Harrison Conference Room (3rd floor, University Center)
