Residence Life and Housing

Your community will begin to develop from the day residence halls open in August. The direction your community takes depends largely upon your involvement, interaction with others and their interaction with you.

Two Willamette students in a dorm room.

The residence environment can offer you:

  • support in achieving academic excellence
  • social growth, independence
  • an increased understanding of yourself and others

Communities grow when students create a space of mutual respect for peers and for their living space. Become part of your community - join RHA or your hall council. Opportunities are out there waiting for you!
