Technology-Equipped Classrooms
Most classrooms on campus are equipped with some degree of presentation technology. To find a space with the tech you need or find out what's in a room you've already reserved, head over to the Willamette University Scheduling, Events and Conferences Virtual EMS scheduling system.
After logging in, click "Locations" in the left-hand navigation bar to show a list of all reservable spaces on campus.
From here, click "Add/Remove Locations" to narrow your search to one or more specific buildings. Click the name of the room to see the list of features and technology available in that space.
You can also click "Filter" and then click "Features" to narrow your search by the specific type of technology-equipped room you're interested in. View our abbreviated list of classroom features to help you determine if a room will suit your needs.
General Access Labs
Labs are available to all Willamette community members. View the list of general access labs.
Departmental Facilities
Most of our facilities are available to department majors or minors, or to students taking classes in these departments. Some have a more restrictive use policy. View the list of departmental facilities.
