Throughout the year, the Career Center hosts a variety of events for employers to engage with students. These events are dedicated to students’ career exploration, career readiness, and opportunities to network and recruit.
Employers interested in building brand awareness on campus and developing deeper connections with our students are invited to become a Willamette Partner.

Ways to Engage with Willamette
- Treks: An opportunity to host our students on-site for an in-person peek at your organization, accompanied by an information session.
- Information Session: Willamette will host your representative on our Salem or Portland Campuses, or virtually. We can host a session for you to highlight your organization and share key information with our students. Followed by a Q&A.
- Job Shadow: Representatives may host students for a “day in the life” to allow an inside look at individual roles.
- Student Presentations: Interested in seeing what our students have accomplished? Set up a chance to hear directly from our students as they showcase their skills, coursework, and experiences.
- Panel Discussion: Share your experience on an industry panel to help students explore potential career paths.
- Workshops: Participate in a workshop with students to help them build their resume, interview skills, and more!
