Residence Life and Housing works to build engaging, educational communities in our Residence Halls. Our staff works to provide a supportive environment where every student can thrive and meet their goals. Along other offices within Student Affairs, we work to provide a holistic support for students as they navigate their time at Willamette.

Mission
Residence Life and Housing at Willamette University seeks to foster an environment that is supportive of student growth and learning. We center our work on developing each student's self-growth and wellbeing, providing them with an opportunity to create meaningful connections with others. We believe that creating spaces where students feel like they matter and belong encourages our students to thrive and strive to better their residential communities.

Each residence hall has a professional staff member that oversees the community engagement, Resident Advisors, and provides resident guidance and support. If you have questions about aspects of your room or community, these are great resources to connect with.
