Fall and Spring Breaks
Fall and Spring Break information for Salem and Portland campuses.
All Campuses
Residence halls do not close for Fall or Spring breaks. Students are asked to register that they are staying through break to provide continued access to the halls and additional security while campus is quieter.
Salem Information
If residing on campus during the break, there is an RA on call in your area. You can contact the Residence Life and Housing office during the day Monday–Wednesday and Campus Safety after hours at 503-370-6911 as needed.
Goudy Dining Commons is closed during the breaks.
- For Fall Break, the last board meal is dinner on November 24th with meal service resumes for dinner on November 29, 2026.
- For Spring Break, the last board meal is dinner on Friday, March 19th with meal service resuming on for dinner on Sunday, March 28, 2027.
Portland Information
ArtHouse will have staff on call during the break. Use the RA on call information to contact the staff member on call. The phone number for Portland Campus Safety is 503-631-2061.
